Product Management - Is It a Good Idea?

I always say that busy people always find a way to do things that they care about, while lazy people always find excuse to do less. What you actually get done are your priorities, right? We have a product obscrop in all rolling up and under our chief product officer. So we really work together to talk about the vision of the product and where it's going. And i personally think when you get product managers, engineers, designers and the business side of the house together working on product direction and road map, you get the best results....
