A client who struggled so much with grading that she ended up naming grading Gary. She started putting it on her calendar as hanging out with Gary. That took away some of the weight for her. So now grading wasn't this daunting never ending task or project,. It was a standing hangout date with her friend and Gary. And I like thinking of it like you said Wednesday is my standing date with Gary. This is the day I grade like and then like that deciding once of like, "Oh, do I need to be spending time with Gary today?"
