i try to read for an hour a day, but it's really between 30 and forty five minutes. And then i walk or hike three miles just about every i would say at least six days a week,. I get three miles a hiking. But those are the things i do to to stay sane. If we had no bebeth beyond, no home depot, i'm good. Like nothing is better. Pull a pant. Thanks for hanging out again.
