The History of Bad Smells

Bad smells used to be linked in history to bad health. I've always found that interesting this idea of my asthma and I've never really known what it is other than what bad air? Yeah I mean that's a very good definition. So talking of plague I've just bought some rosemary essential oil here if you'd have a little sniff. In those amazing beaked plague doctor's mouth they would have herbs like rosemary and sage and angelica because it covered what they felt covered up the smell of the plague so kept them safe.
