"I was so nervous I was so intimidated because I was a big Bruce fan back then and you know I was a comedy guy it's like oh shit it's George Carlin so. What a good get but I never resonated too much with Carlin because I felt he had an attitude of superiority that made me not get into his comedy as much," the comedian said. "It just looked like he gave his everything he gave his soul to that performance and it just comes out and it's beautiful yeah it's it's transcendent it's beautiful."
