The Gratitude Bucket

For me, this compass is less about goals. Did i exercise for at least forty five minutes to day? And i'm giving myself permission. Early to bed and early to rise makes a person gosh, i should have just done that the first time. Neutral makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise. For me, this gratitude bucket is about expressing gratitude every day to friends and family.
