What Is Fascism?

This episode is going to be what fascism seems to mean to the majority and what we mean when we talk about it. Someone can be fascist and not be a dictator. The best definition I could sort of come up with was a political philosophy or movement characterized by the elevation of the nation and or a specific race while ignoring the rights of the individual.
