If there's a power imbalance or some sort of systemic or hierarchical power imbalance where someone isn't comfortable going to the person directly. It is first and foremost your job to encourage people on your team to get feedback from all the people they collaborate with, including folks that are another team. And I think that's the place where bringing the people together in that conversation can be helpful.
