Running a permanent, open air test bench set up is not commonly recommended. I've been doing it five years now without issues, i think, besides dust and dander. You might still need one slow fan just circulating air in the room. The only way you could have bad air flow is if you didn't really have any ands at all - yo just kind of sit there stagging a round room or anything goingon. If you're trying to run a passive computer, you might want to don't assume that an open bench means that magically you get magic air flow through it.
