Moving From Behind the Scenes to Center Stage

Sally Kohn: I'm curious about this kind of idea of moving from a role that is more assistive or more reflective, more behind the scenes to a role where you're maybe a little bit more center stage. She says she felt like in order to be of value, I needed to self extract to give to other people. Kohn: For me it almost felt safer to just be in this one role then to show up and be seen as a whole person.
