The Cows Are Churning Up the Ground

Cattle are doing an excellent job churning up the ground. They're also enriching the soil as they do so. Near to the current entrance for the battlefield we've seen evidence of where the old house was on the battlefield that was built in 1925. It's really interesting to see the history of the landscape come to life, says Ellen Fogle Walker.
