Do Our Electronic Devices Give Off Blue Light?

Russell Foster is Professor of Circadian Neuroscience at the University of Oxford. Some products claim that blue light makes your body forget when it's bedtime. Blue light blocks melatonin, a hormone which regulates our sleep cycle. But he says there is very little evidence to suggest this effect occurs on electronic devices like phones and laptops.
