We're trying to get that in place now, because we've established a fund that people can buy into with lower amounts. But for the most part, it's an expensive product. You have to pay us a pretty hefty fee. We're like, what? $70,000, probably. To come and buy from us once. And so we're immediately excluding the vast majority of everyone just by the stuff that we would charge for. That's per property that you buy through us. Some people will come in and they'll buy one, and that's it. And some will buy multiple a year. These are people with money. They don't expect that based on their previous experience
