Texas Coalition for Animal Protection

This year, we will spay and neuter 68,000 cats and dogs. We were one of the first larger providers here in Texas, but they're everywhere. There are all these kill shelters down here in Southern California,. They have non-kill shelters up in Maine, sorry, not Maine, Oregon, Washington State. Part of what they would do is load a truck up with all of these dogs and take them north.
