The Story of Eric's Not Brightness

I thought this was a possible origin story for Eric's not brightness. They allude to it. And no. Because at the end of the scene, he's like, yo, because you come in. Then we're in Turner's apartment and Sean is sitting on the couch when Turner walks in. He says he took off, but he had no place to go. So he came back. The adults admitting vulnerably that they don't actually know what to do is just amazing. I think it is so great when an adult can apologize to a child for something they did that. It could be that we figure it out.
