The Importance of Protein in the Gym
Most important thing for me is to just get the session done. The nutrition side of things, if you're eating at restaurants or cafes or you're on the move, it's not going to be optimal. I will try to get my protein in around 210, 220 grams of protein a day. And then get a good night's sleep. A lot of people underestimate the power of sleep. If I can do that, I can continue to look good. Also say the quality of food has a big factor on the way you look and feel before. What are the places you fall off with that? What do you mean?
