I'd run away from Manchester because I was meant to be being a pop star. And they found out in studio I couldn't sing. So, yeah, so I ran away and I was... I got this bed-sit in Campbellwell and I was very unhappy. The man used to go through my knicker draw. He didn't want me to move into his flat but I did it by stealth. It was like the great escape in reverse. You know there is different for girls. We're all the same. That's it.
