The Importance of Being Serious

Brady says he knows exactly what you are talking about. An intense desire to be more serious than normal. There is another time that happened to me this week and it is different because it is a time that is usually associated with a bit of a laugh but at the same time that emotion comes over everyone as well for a few brief seconds. I have never been in a wedding where they actually ask that question. The weddings I have been to, this is simply not part of the ceremony. It is a legal requirement. Is it a legal requirement in the UK or in Australia?
