What Is an Electrolyzer?

The chemical process is called electrolysis. When you're breaking apart the water molecules, you have two electrodes. Normally there's a membrane in the middle that prevents the hydrogen and oxygen gases from mixing. But because there's no membranes in the middle, you end up with this water stuffing technique. And you can actually see the bubbles coming right out of the middle of the fluid.
