How to Be a Better Listener

I like to check in with my mentor four times a year and I get given targets, which I very rarely meet. But it's good. I feel like I feel like a bit accountable. One of the things I get out of it is I am accountable to some of those guys and girls that I share with because they, you know, I can't just turn up,.
