i have more faith in free access to information and people being able to hash out ideas, because you can lay it out there. I would love it if different countries had three or four different ministries of health that were all competing against each other. And i think we need some gate keeper intermediating in this,. both on line and in real life, to make sure that these idiots don't hurt themselves. But by anlarge one, when the best information is available, people, people move it. This is a decentralized, emergent process, like an economy, like a, like anycology, you know.
