More than 200,000 Floridians are still without power. Thousands remain in emergency shelters after their homes were damaged or destroyed. FEMA Administrator D.A. and Chris Well estimated the cost of the recovery efforts would be in the billion. There have been 107 confirmed deaths in Florida and five in North Carolina since Ian made landfall one week ago.
