Introduction
Systems change sounds both ambiguous and complex. How does it relate to the mind set shift approach we advocate for in our book flourish? If we look at urban sprawl, that is partly the result of planning policy and economics but also substantially an embodiment of the way we see ourselves as humans. We are only going to achieve a limited amount by addressing system behavior through individual actions.
