Invasive vs Standard ECLS Survival

The majority of patients in both arms have been the patients resuscitated for more than 45 minutes. 27 percent of patients in the invasive arm who were transported to hospital reached sustained risk either during the transport or immediately after admission. 44 patients present patients in the in the standard arm concerning the ECLS implantation. The primary outcome for the study was a survival of a minimal or or no neurological impairment meaning CPC 1 or 2 scores after 180 days and half a year was reached in 31.5 cases in the invasive strategy arm and 22 percent in thestandard arm.
