"I don't want to live in a world where I can't yell to my daughter's face. The terrorists have won," she writes. "It seems equally legitimate if not for individuals from marginalized groups to demand that people incapable of being disadvantaged or hurt by those terms get the fuck over themselves and be a little more sensitive." She says, an able-bodied, able-minded, white heteromail can tell us 'we just need to collectively get the f**king over ourselves' But it's a hard build as well; we may be severely underestimating the cost to the hearer.
