Leadership, rain making, client relationships and technical have to be in place. If you don't grow, where does that? You have to pay them. So growing the business is number two. Number three is owning the client. That means that the client sees you as their trusted business advisor. The last one is technical. And technical is the ability to actually do the work that the client engages us to do and to do it with quality so we can turn a profit.
