The banks are generally supportive, like in, if there's a growth plan and to do it, they won't be a straight line amortization. They can kind of oftentimes they'll leave the amortization back ended to allow you grow. Ireland is such a small country in its own, right? Most people are two degrees away. So everything we do, if it's even growing a business, are we getting the right people in to the right positions? And are we partnering with the right person?
