The Importance of Epistemic Probabilities
Epistemic means that it's actually a reflection of your own ignorance. If we say with apparent accuracy that there is a two thirds chance that this is going to happen each and every time, maybe a roulette wheel. Epistemic would say actually you're just ignorant about the details. A statement that everything is epistemic is another way of saying everything is completely deterministic.
