The Importance of Transparency in GitLab
What needs to be true on a GitLab is a superbly transparent operating handbook. The rule number one that you don't want to break is always have an agenda. Don't look at it as right or wrong. If your director is like, I'm working really hard, but you're not producing anything,. Right? So take yourself and your emotions out of the way and say, well, regardless of what I think I'm doing, the director report is not receiving that. And then maybe as an illustration, when won't it work?
