i can imagine one of themo common work problems in the ancient world was just getting stuff from one place to another. And it probably wasn't always megalithic structure materials. So, yove the wheel reduces friction, right? That's the big thing. It doesin this, in this use, there's another use for the wheel axle, which i'll talk about in a second. But when you attach it to something like a cart, and you have an axle and wheel set up there, then the the wheels turning reduces the friction that you experience when you're pushing this against the ground.
