I would be surprised if there's really any risk unless there's like a major crash in cryptocurrency. Most of these offshore books who were early in the game of adopting Bitcoin as a deposit mechanism have to just be flush with cash right now. I think they probably made 10x what they were expecting just on the growth of Bitcoin, just holding it and being part of the early usage cases"
