I think the struggle for me is like, I'm in a more senior position now and I'm seeing how much work it's costing us. Like if we had somebody on our team that was answering 14 tickets a day and I'm like as thorough as you are, that makes no sense. It has to make sense from a financial perspective as well. People would rather get a response within two days than wait a week for a thorough one. So I think that's when you hire great people that are like in tune with what's going on.
