How to Unlock Innovation and Problem Solving for Teams Working Together

In the developer thriving framework, what we did was we took a look at where we could pull from empirical research across our different backgrounds. So there are four factors that we came up with. We called them agency support and belonging motivation and self efficacy and learning culture. And so when we went out into the industry and we did research on this with about 1200 different software developers, we actually found that these factors significantly predicted their productivity.
