Focused Attention Meditation and Mindfulness Meditation

If you feel like your brain is really scattered and you can't think about one thing, it's almost like it's called diffused awareness. You need to actually practice focused attention meditation. And both attention practices, this research was done on mindfulness meditation, they have multiple benefits. One of the benefits is that these are the different brain centers and how the activity changes after only eight weeks of regular mindfulness meditation twice a day. It means that actually it gets enough time to replenish that it can function better.
