Is It a Problem for Pauper?
All theories ought to be rejected at all times. This is really a very valid statement. And in fact, it's been formalized as the dom quing thesis. The asymmetry between refutation tentative and support non existent. In scientific methodology better understood by regarding theories as explanations than through pauper's own argument from the logic of predictions. So let me take this quote from david doch from the Logic of experimental test which is probably one of the best papers ever written ona scientific apistemology.
