How Do You Create a Great Workplace?
We have an internal beaver brook's way, which is a mission statement that was re vamped a number of years ago. And we introduced new values as as a response to that. Each and every person got the opportunity to import into that. When people feel that they are listened to, when they are valued, then that pays in too. I have a responsibility to my team. The managers were entrusted with more information than ever. They you that that that was ther he expectation of them. We can't create that as an employer. Only our people together, can create that.
