The US and Somalia's Self-Defense Strikes

CNN's John Sutter says the U.S. is using drone strikes in Somalia to bail out a Somali military unit that got on their back heels. He says they're not even targeted strikes, but self-defense strikes aimed at saving lives. But he says it doesn't work and can't be used as an effective way to win a war. "It just seems like it's the easiest tool that's available," Sutter says.
