i think it's less so common that doctors help us understand our mental health. And anxiety is a big problem. It is at astronomical rates in first world nations right now. And sleep is a key part of this ingredient too. i we published the study just a a year or so ago, which in some ways frightened me. We found is that when you causally deprive some one of sleep, you instantly trigger a dramatic escalation of anxiety. The longer you go without sleep, the more anxious you become.
