Sisyphus and the Rock

Camu says that one strategy we can use is to be as engaged in the task of our lives as sisyphus is with his rock. Kirkgard has an example where he talks about a couple out in public, shown some strong levels of affection for each other. The whole process can seem away if you're just reflecting on it from the outside. It's only when you're fully engaged in the act itself that any of the significance and the meaning starts to make sense to you.
