In those days, there weren't a huge number of peers that you could bounce ideas off. So I started finding and taking rules that were non-conflicting. And we had a diversified portfolio and was all run on computer by a service bureau at a service bureau. But the company couldn't stick to it. The company I was with couldn't resist the temptation of trying to get the customers to trade more often than the system wanted to trade the system. Some of the most important things was developing a relationship with clients not knowing what they really expected from them.
