Staveholders are likely the most invested in learning about whatever topic we're settin to learn about. And the more involved they are, the more likely they will also be to act on learning. The last thing we want to do is conduct research in a vacuum and then hand some learnings over over the wall or put them in a power point han. We spend a good portion of our time of understanding more about a potential idea or an opportunity that does not yet exist - maybe it doesn't exist for our company or our brand, or maybe it just does exist at all.
