Do You Have a Dementia?

In the initial filing that got her this conservatorship, there was a box checked, younow. There's reasons for it. And one of them was that she was suffering from some form of dementia. Every single document across 13 years reported her presence in the court as either not mandatory or able, but unwilling to attend. So did she have dimentia? Why was that checked?
