The Social Proof of Enrolling People

I wish everybody could have a coach, but it's the reality is that they can't. There's something really powerful about social proof in communitie. I'm going to pick something here that is just really simple and easily observable - no bias towards a person that has these qualities. Let's say you had a friend that needed to lose some weight, and they'd been needing to lose some money for their whole life. And they came to you and they said, hey, i'm going to lose some Weight.
