Exercises are a great way to tin thaus. And then in meditation is another great way to do it. That's why meditation helps with will, is because you meditate for five minutes. Then you start getting restless and you feel like, oh, dear god, i must move my hand,. or elseo, the worldis going to fall apart. So people get restless and they start fidgeting and stuff like that. But if you're meditating and sitting there for five minutes you start feeling that restlessness, just stop and realize, like, look, nothing is going to happen. You don't have to move. Just sit there for another one more minute,
