How to Make a Professional Apologies
When we're doing something like a difficult situation in another language, it can be quite difficult. What I want to give you today are some phrases that you can use to build up a really professional apology. When might you have to do this? Well, there's kind of two categories. We can either apologize face to face, which is when you're with somebody or also in writing. It's more difficult to apologize to somebody's face than it is to put it in an email.
