Is There a Difference Between Blacks and Whites?
Z-AD was interested in the perception of pain. He is a really strong believer in the idea that humans, even physicians, aren't perfect and they could use a little help from thinking machines. The experiment here is take two patients, one black and one white, whose knees look exactly the same to the radiologist, so same degree of arthritis. Black patients, on average, will report more pain from knees that look the same.
