Hitler used the youth of Germany to train for anti-regal aids training with dummy rifles. The German army saw them off an SS as a rival to its recruitment program and therefore didn't want the SS taking order cream of the best recruits. So did all they could to slow down and struck them off anSS recruitment, which is slowly but surely leading on to the dilution of the more fun SS. Many of these foreign units clearly were not in any shape or form, harry and, you know, under the Nazi concept of the spiritual purity.
