i feel like this is a field where people tend to move horizontally. While you may be moving horizontally on the ladder, you're really just more specializing in a certain type of work. So it's not like we're moving laterally and taking the same job over and over again. And i'm sure you know as well, every time i switch jobs, i feel like that job is special s in a slightly different thing.
