How to Do a Challenge That's Not Connected to English

In the past, we've done challenges that are not connected to English. They're usually something with fitness. The most fun one we did was about walking or running. We would keep track how long did we walk or run that day. So I thought maybe we could do something like this again. One would be some kind of English challenge and the other one would be fitness,. For the English one, I have two ideas. Idea number one would be listening time. Another thing is reading English.
