Paul: I think we do an excellent job of screening patients for HIV. It's just retaining patients in care that is a little bit more difficult. Usually I have about 40 to 60 minutes for new patients, which is lovely. We're also run slow, so it's going to be a little bit longer than that. And at the end, we try to debrief and see if there's any issues that we might have missed.
